Anothen is a word spoken by Jesus that means "born again" or "born from above'.

As I grew up, my identity was always chasing a reputation and trying to get my own name up. If you knew me, you probably knew graffiti was a part of me. For years, I was chasing recognition and status. When I became a Christian, that man died. 2nd Corinthians 5:17 says "if we are in Christ, we are a new creation".

Let's be clear. This sticker isn't pointing to my identity and I want to be careful of that. The word Anothen in itself is literally what replaces my own selfish identity by pointing to how I am new in Jesus.

I am Anothen. If you follow Jesus, you are Anothen.
